An engineering organization structured around a single technical scope: industrial evaporation, concentration and crystallization systems for difficult process streams. We do not build general chemical plants, water treatment EPC packages, or boiler houses — we build the equipment that takes a characterized liquid feed and delivers a concentrated liquor, crystalline product, or ZLD solids stream. Three unit operations, one accountable partner, end-to-end delivery.
EvapCryst is structured around a single technical focus: the engineering, manufacturing and commissioning of industrial evaporation, concentration and crystallization systems. We do not build general chemical plants, water treatment EPC packages or boiler houses — we build the specific equipment that takes a liquid feed with known composition and delivers a concentrated liquor, crystalline product or zero-liquid-discharge solids stream.
This narrow focus is deliberate. The three unit operations we cover are coupled: evaporation governs energy demand, concentration governs yield, and crystallization governs product specification. Selecting them as a single integrated system — rather than as three separate procurement packages — is where most of the operating-cost and product-quality leverage sits.
Manufacturing capability, quality and certification framework, and global support structure — all documented below on this page with operating detail and evidence constraints.
Fabrication and testing capability for evaporator and crystallizer pressure envelopes — what is done in-house, what goes to qualified partners, and what is integrated.
A quality system built for traceable pressure equipment — materials, welds, non-destructive testing and jurisdiction-specific certification.
Aftermarket structure for installed systems — remote diagnosis, guided intervention, documentation and spare parts, scoped per project.
We deliberately avoid the “X years of experience / Y countries served / Z projects delivered” framing common on industrial websites. Those figures are easy to claim and difficult to verify, and they do not help an engineer evaluate whether we can engineer their specific system. A reference count quoted on a homepage cannot be audited — a feed envelope with the dominant salts named can be.
What we will share instead: the specific feed characterization data we have processed (TDS ranges, COD ranges, dominant salt pairs), the operating references we can disclose under NDA (process envelope, configuration family, throughput), the manufacturing capabilities we can demonstrate through facility audit (WPS / PQR records, hydrostatic test charts, dimensional reports), and the certification framework applicable to your project jurisdiction with verifiable certificate IDs.
If a number matters to your evaluation — reference count in a specific industry, nameplate capacity range, typical lead time, current audit cycle — ask us directly and we will respond with verifiable data rather than a marketing figure. Where we do not have a matching reference we will say so before specifying equipment.
The fastest path is a technical conversation. Send us your feed analysis and target spec; we will respond with relevant references, indicative process route and an honest answer if your application is outside our operating window.
Send your feed characterization (TDS, COD, main salts, viscosity), throughput and product targets — we respond with a preliminary process route within two business days.
